Green Cross Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Simon Lipscombe as the CEO of Access Homehealth effective 28 October 2015. Simon has an Arts degree from the University of Canterbury and has spent the last 7 years with Spotless in New Zealand, most recently as the Country General Manager.

This position gave him significant exposure to the Health environment in New Zealand as Spotless has significant DHB contracts. Simon, originally from Christchurch, resides in Auckland, has a young family and is a keen sports fan.

We are looking forward to Simon’s contribution to improving the performance of our Community Healthcare business and will be working with the Medical and Pharmacy divisions on our integrated care model. In his new position, Simon will report to Peter Merton, Chairman of Green Cross Health.

Graeme Titcombe, the incumbent CEO, signaled his desire to step down when Green Cross Health acquired Access Homehealth in 2014. We thank Graeme for the way he has lead Access’s growth during Green Cross Health’s ownership of the company and prior. Graeme will continue with Green Cross Health in a reduced role for the foreseeable future.
