Green Cross Health Limited (GXH:NZX) confirmed today that the acquisition of Access Homehealth Limited (Access), a provider of home healthcare services to more than 16,000 people in New Zealand, has been completed. 
  
Access, previously owned by Rural Women New Zealand, has revenues of approximately $85m and around 4,000 employees, who are dedicated to giving clients the care and support they need to live independently in their communities.  

The acquisition continues the growth strategy previously outlined by Green Cross Health to become a leading provider of primary healthcare services in New Zealand.
