Starting Off
The first step to you will need to take to start your career with us, is to create your Green Cross Health Careers Account. From here you will be able to apply for any positions that you may be interested in, and we will also be able to keep you informed of any vacancies that we think you might be suitable for.
Finding your place with us
Once you have found the role that you think is for you, all you will need to do is upload your Cover Letter and C.V and answer a few quick questions to get your application started.
The first discussion
When we have reviewed all the applications and think that you may be a good fit for the position, you can expect to receive a call from the Manager. They will have a quick discussion with you about the position that you have applied for and will also get to know you a little bit better. Now would be the perfect time to ask them any questions that you might have in regards to the role that you have applied for.
Coming in for an interview
After speaking with the manager or our recruitment team you may be called in for an interview. They will be able to fully explain what the role involves and will want to have a good discussion with you about your expectations of the role. It's important to try and make a good impression here as it is more than likely that whomever you speak with will be your direct manager when you start your career at Green Cross Health.

Green Cross Health Academy builds capability through its world-class online training and development platform, TeachMe, with more than 8,000 people enrolled across 191 courses and nearly 2,000 people accessing the online learning streams each month.
Green Cross Health has launched StellarCare to their stable of award-winning Green Cross Health Academy Programme. StellarCare is a programme aimed at helping health professionals act as health coaches in their local communities. This course allows students to achieve NZQA Level Four qualification.

- 480 People are currently completing the NZ Certificate of Retail L3 (award winner)
- 520 Business Managers/Retail Managers and Partners on Stellar Leadership are completing the NZ Certificate in Business L4 (award winner).

- Performance indicators for our managers mean that staff are actively engaged in TeachMe and are continuously learning.
